RESOLUTION NO.: 6727-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into <br />a contract with the firm of North Coast Inter Group, Inc. for the purchase of <br />the 1992 July 4th Fireworks Display at Lakewood Park; now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into contract with North Coast Inter Group, <br />Inc., the sole bidder, as provided by law for the Fireworks Display Program <br />for July 4, 1992. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That funds in the amount of $27,900.00 have been <br />appropriated in the Annual Budget for the City of Lakewood and t~hat the <br />Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract for the purchase of said fireworks display program for said amount <br />having advertised for proposals as provided by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council~ that a~ deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its commi~tees~$__._~r~ h formal <br />action were in meetings open to the p~/F~n~om]~qNi ~11 legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />APPROVED: (~ 5, ]~ ~ 2_. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />M~or <br /> <br /> <br />
