RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6728-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works <br />to sell, through a public auction, various obsolete and non-functioning City <br />vehicles and/or equipment. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell this obsolete <br />and non-functioning equipment to make better use of the space it occupies and <br />to realize a profit from the sale, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sell, through a public auction, to be held on or <br />about June 20, 1992, various obsolete and non-functioning City vehicles and/or <br />equipment after advertising according to law. List of items to be auctioned <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br /> that deliberations <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and all s~_sj~.~ <br />of this Council and of any of its Committees that re~ted ~]]B_such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to 'the legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Mayo r ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
