RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6730-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION <br />contributions to the <br />citizens of Lakewood; <br /> <br /> to commend Nancy R. Wargo for her <br />health, happiness and welfare of the <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nancy R. Wargo is an educator of outstanding <br />merit and gave generously of her time and considerable talents to <br />the creation of the curriculum and the implementation of Growing <br />Up Healthy Together; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />quality brought <br />public good; and <br /> <br /> Ms. Wargo's innovations and dedication to <br />together many generations of citizens for the <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Wargo's anti-substance abuse program for <br />three to five year olds was created to impact the decision making <br />process at a time in children's development where their attitudes <br />toward health are established; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the image of older people as contributors to <br />community welfare was enhanced by Ms. Wargo's efforts; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Wargo's'extraordinary contributions should <br />be recognized to the fullest by the Mayor and this Council; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Nancy R. Wargo their highest commendations, regards and <br />appreciation and together with all the citizens of Lakewood join <br />in wishing her continued success in all her undertakings. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />hereby authorized and directed forward <br /> to -a~r tified copy of <br />this Resolution to Nancy R.
