Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, the appointment by the <br />Mayor of David J. Coyle to the position of Director of Public <br />Works, effective June 23, 1992, be and the same is hereby <br />approved by this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
