RESOLUTION NO: 6742-92 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the approval of the award of contract for <br />the purchase of One Trailer Mounted Vacuum Catchbasin Cleaner to Road <br />Machinery Sales, Inc. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an invitation to bid for the purchase of One Trailer Mounted <br />Vacuum Catchbasin Cleaner was properly advertised in the Legal Notices Section <br />of tile Cleveland, Plain Dealer on March 4, 1992. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sealed bids were properly received and publicly opened on <br />March 18, 1992. <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, Road Machinery Sales, Inc. was the sole responding vendOr <br />of four vendors obtaining bid packages. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Road machinery Sales, Inc. in the <br />amount of $34,317.00 is below the amount budgeted and meets all specifications, <br />now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the ,Council of the City of Lakewood hereby <br />expresses its approval of entering into contract with Road Machinery Sales, <br />Inc. for the purchase of One Trailer Mounted Vacuum Catchbasin Cleaner in the <br />amcunt of $34,317.0U. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
