RESOLUTION NO. 6754-92 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, GibbonS, Roth, Seelie A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity and intent of the City of Lakewood to appropriate the real property located at 12805 Detroit Avenue in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, owned by Stacie Anne Doraty, William M. Doraty, Jr., Diane Jones and Lynn Zanko and bearing Permanent Parcel No. 315-007-01. WHEREAS, it has been determined that the subject property is necessary for a public purpose, namely the housing of offices for the administration of City utilities and to provide municipal, and WHEREAS, after negotiations between the City and the property owners, the parties have been unable to agree on a purchase price for the subject property, and WHEREAS, the subject property, hereinafter more fully described, is needed for the efficient operation of City utilities, namely the Water and Sewer departments and for municipal property; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That this Council hereby determines it necessary and declares it to be the intention of this Council to appropriate the fee simple interest to the premises hereinafter described for the purpose of using the same for administrative offices of ~he City Water and Sewer departments and to provide municipal parking facilities, said premises being owned by Stacie Anne Doraty, William M. Doraty, Jr., Diane Jones and Lynn Zanko bearing permanent parcel number 315-007-01 and more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause written notice thereof to be given to the owner of, person in possession of, or any person having interest of record therein, or to their authorized agent, and said notice shall be served by a person designated for that purpose by said Clerk of Council and return made in the manner provided by law for the service and return of summons in civil actiOns. Section 3.
