RESOLUTION'NO. <br /> <br />6759-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George: <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter <br />into an amended agreement with the Cuyahoga County Board of Commis- <br />sioners to'administer the FY 1992 Emergency Shelter Grant Program on <br />behalf of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has received an Emergency <br />Shelter Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Develop- <br />ment in the amount of $41,000.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood and Cuyahoga County have had <br />a positive experience and good working relationship by which the <br />County retains Lakewood's Emergency Shelter Grant funds and coordi- <br />nates homeless services; now, .therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of the City <br />of Lakewood be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />an amended agreement as proposed by the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners to administer all of the City of Lakewood FY 1992 <br />Emergency Shelter Grants received from the U.S. Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
