RESOLUTION NO. 6763-92 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to accept as a gift to the City of Lakewood a deed for a small parcel of land abutting property currently owned by the City of Lakewood for relocation of the Warren Road Fire Station Number 1. WHEREAS, Hugo Zenker, Jr. is the owner of a strip of land, parcel number 1 which is the southwestern portion of land bearing permanent parcel number 314-18-003, abutting property owned by the City of Lakewood, and WHEREAS, Mr. Zenker desires to transfer said parcel to the City as a gift, and WHEREAS, this Council determines that it is in the best interest of the City to accept such parcel of land; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to accept as a gift from Mr. Hugo Zenker the deed to a parcel of land bearing permanent parcel 314-18-003 (Parcel Number 1), more fully described in attached exhibit A. Section 2. That the Director of Law is hereby authorized and directed to cause said quitclaim deed to be filed and recorded for record with the recorder of Deeds and Records of Cuyahoga County. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that re~q~lted in such formal action, were in meetings o~en to the public, ~. in compliance with all legal requirem~nt~,.~ .... ~ : Adopted: Approved:
