RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6763-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to accept as a <br />gift to the City of Lakewood a deed for a small parcel of <br />land abutting property currently owned by the City of <br />Lakewood for relocation of the Warren Road Fire Station <br />Number 1. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hugo Zenker, Jr. is the owner of a strip of <br />land, parcel number 1 which is the southwestern portion <br />of land bearing permanent parcel number 314-18-003, <br />abutting property owned by the City of Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Zenker desires to transfer said parcel <br />to the City as a gift, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council determines that it is in the <br />best interest of the City to accept such parcel of land; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of the <br />City, is hereby authorized to accept as a gift from Mr. <br />Hugo Zenker the deed to a parcel of land bearing permanent <br />parcel 314-18-003 (Parcel Number 1), more fully described <br />in attached exhibit A. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Law is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause said quitclaim deed to be <br />filed and recorded for record with the recorder of Deeds <br />and Records of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all <br />formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to <br />the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and any of its committees that re~q~lted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings o~en to the public, ~. <br />in compliance with all legal requirem~nt~,.~ .... ~ : <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
