ATTACHMENT I <br /> <br />WORK PROGRAM <br />Contract Amount $27,000 <br /> <br />Cuyahoga County will manage the FY 1993 Lakewood ESG Entitlement in <br />conjunction with the County's own Direct Entitlement. <br /> <br />The Department of Development, Division of Community Development, will <br />manage the combined FY 1993 Shelter Grant Programs. Five percent (5%) of <br />the grants will be allocated for administration. <br /> <br />The Division will obtain proposals from providers of Emergency Shelter <br />Grant Services through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Providers <br />funded will enter into a Contractual Agreement with the County. <br /> <br />The County will award thirty percent (30%) of Lakewood's FY 1993 ESG <br />allocation (or $8,100) for homeless preventiOn activities to the Lakewood <br />Christian Service Center. <br /> <br />The balance of the funds shall be awarded for operating costs of shelters <br />for victims of domestic violence throughout Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />The Division will prepare timely reports for Federal agencies, monitor <br />services provided, and conduct staff Environmental Reviews prior to funding <br />activities. <br /> <br /> <br />
