RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6869-93 <br /> <br />BY: Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />All Seasons Mechanical Inc. in the amount of $11,600.00 for the Installation <br />of an Overhead Ventilation System. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6-93, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the Installation of an Overhead Ventilation System, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, two (2/ bids were submitted ranging from $11,600.00 to <br />$16,150.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of All Seasons Mechanical Inc. in the amount of $11,6UO.UO <br />as the lowest and best bid; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends shat the Director of Public WorKs enter .into a contract with All <br />Seasons Mechanical Inc. in the amount of $11,600.00 for the Installation of <br />an Overhead Ventilation System. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determineU that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all ~uch deliberations <br />of this Council and any of its committees ~a~._~~h formal~ction, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in c~ l~i~th~~~ments. <br /> <br /> Clerk ~ ~ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
