RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6884-93 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate lifelong Lakewood resident John <br />P. McLucas for achieving the great honor of becoming Eagle Scout. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John P. McLucas achieved this honor, a position <br />which is reached by only about one out of one thousand boy scouts, <br />beginning in St. James Church Pack 76, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his scouting tenure he crossed-over to Boy <br />Scout Troop No. 287 where John P. McLucas has been recognized as a <br />conscientious and respected Scout who has been an outstanding <br />representative of the young people of the City of Lakewood through <br />his leadership and community service, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as his Eagle Scout Service Project John undertook <br />the planning and restoration of a crew cabin on the STR. William <br />G. Mather Museum, which is part of the Great Lakes Historical <br />Museum, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, that the outstanding achievement of becoming an <br />Eagle Scout be acknowledged and recognized by this .Council; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to John P. <br />McLucas their heartiest congratulations and that of all the <br />citizens of this community on achieving the honor of becoming <br />Eagle Scout. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this <br />resolution to John P.
