Be <br /> <br />he <br /> <br /> In addition to Grade #06 News, the Political Subdivision <br /> may collect and deliver to PCA other fiber products as may <br /> from time to time be accepted by PCA. <br /> <br />PCA will not accept any substance or material classified as <br />a "hazardous substance" as defined in Section 101 (14) of <br />the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation <br />and Liabili~ Act of 1990 (CERCLA}. The Political <br />Subdivision warrants '~hat all materials delivered to the PCA <br />facili~ shall be free from any hazardous substance as <br />defined in Section 101(14) of CERCLA. The Political <br />Subdivision further agrees that PCA may rejec~ a Political <br />Subdivision's ONP and/or magazines at any time, even afl:er <br />gate acceptance, up until it ships such material from the <br />Recycling Facili~/ if it determines that such ONP and/or <br />magazines contained any such hazerd0us substance and <br />the Political Subdivision in such event agrees to remove <br /> <br /> · same at its expense. <br />Lenath of Aareement. <br /> <br />The Political Subdivision shall start delivery of ONP .to the <br />Recycling Facility on February 14, 1994. <br /> <br />The agreement shall be in force for a period ending 5 years from <br />February 14, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
