e <br /> <br /> party, in addition to other remedies provided by this Agreement, <br /> at law or in equity, may terminate this Agreement by giving the <br /> breaching party notice of termination no less than 30 days prior <br /> to the specified date of termination, in such event, the rights of <br /> Political Subdivisions for damages shall be preserved. <br /> <br />The parties acknowledge that compliance with environmental laws <br />and regulations and recycling requirements of this Agreement are <br />material provisions of this Agreement and that the District and the <br />Political Subdivisions do not have an adequate remedy at law in <br />event of PCA's violation thereof and that equitable relief would be <br />appropriate for such violations.
