Taylor Company in the amount of $1,947,000.00 for the <br />construction of the Lakewood Municipal Utilities Garage. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 92-93, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the construction of the Lakewood Municipal <br />U~ilities Garage, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 'six (6) bids were submitted ranging from $1,947,000.00 to <br />$2,146,000.00, three of the bids for less than the Engineer's estimate of <br />$2,114,890.00; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council recommends that the Director of Public Works <br />enter into a contract with . C.T. Taylor Company in the <br />amount of ~1~947~000.00 for the construction of the Lakewood Municipal <br />Utilities Garage. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
