WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood through its Department <br />of Human Services include these concepts in its programs and <br />planning; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> 1. That this Council endorses involvement in observance by <br />the City of Lakewood through its Department of Human Services <br />1994 International Year of the Family. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution along <br />with the Organization Participation Form(s) to the Department of <br />Human Services, Divisions of Aging, Health, Youth, and Child Care <br />Services, and to IYF Celebration, Federation for Community <br />Planning, 614 W.
