RESOLUTION NO. 6942-94 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Flannery, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />Coughlin Chevrolet, Geo, Toyota, Inc. in the amount of $28,000.00 for the <br />purchase of two {2) Chevrolet S-10 4-wheel drive pick-up trucks. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 65-86, the City of Lakewood shall <br />participate in State Contract No. '180140-! for the purchase of two (2) <br />Chevrolet S-10 4,wheel drive pick-up trucks, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control.. <br />approved the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet 'S-i0 4-wheel drive Pick-up trucks <br />in the amount of $28,000.00 through the State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing <br />Program, now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />re¢omends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract' with <br />Coughlin .Chevrolet, Geo, Toyota, Inc. in the amount of $28,000.U0 for the <br />purchase of two (2) Chevrolet S-~O 4-wheel drive pick-up trucks. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
