Referred to Finance Committee 2/22/94. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6947-94 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />Coughlin Ford Inc. in the amount of $91,927.00 for the purchase of <br />seven (7) law enforcement vehicles <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 111.07, the City of Lakewood, <br />through its membership in the State of Ohio's Cooperative Purchasing <br />Program, may directly purchase the seven (7) law enforcement vehicles, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the purchase of seven (7) law enforcement vehicles through <br />'the State of Ohio's Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount of <br />$91,927.00 as the most cost efficient method of purchase; now <br />therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Finance enter into a contract with <br />Coughlin Ford Inc.' in the amount of $91,927.00 for the purchase of <br />seven (7) law enforcement vehicles. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
