Referred to Public Works Committee <br />on 5/16/94. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6958-94 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Flannery, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />BY- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public <br />Works to sell, through a public auction, various obsolete and <br />non-functioning City vehicles and/or equipment. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell this <br />obsolete and non-functioning equipment to make better use of the <br />space it occupies and to realize a profit from the sale, now <br />therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to sell, through a public auction, <br />, various obsolete and <br />non-functioning City vehicles and/6r equipment after advertising <br />according to law. List of items to be auctioned attached hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />resolution de41iberations of this council and of any of its <br />committees .that resulted in 'such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
