BEFORE THE TAX COMMISSIONER <br />TAX EQUALIZATION DIVISION <br />STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />In the matter of the application of the <br />City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />for au extension of time of the statutory <br />date of July 15, 1994, for the adoption <br />and July 20, 1994. for the filing of the <br />annual budget. <br /> <br />SEP I 4 tgg4 <br /> <br />NO. 94-09-0386 <br /> <br />ENTRY <br /> <br />This matter came to be considered by the Tax Commissioner, on the application of <br />the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for an extension of time beyond the <br />statutory date of July 15, 1994, as extended to September 19, 1994, for adoption <br />and July 20, 1994, as extended to September 23, 1994, fo~' filing of the annual <br />budget, as provided by sections 5705.28 and 5705.30 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br />The'Tax Commissioner, on consideration of the facts set forth in <br />application, finds that these extensions of time are necessary. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Therefore, the Tax Commissfoner approves October 3, 1994, as the date within . <br />which the annual budget shall be adopted and Ocotber 5, 1994, as the date within <br />which the annual budget shall be filed, with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, in <br />aecordanee with the provisions of sections 5705.2B and 5705.30 of the Revised <br />Code. <br /> <br />It is directed that a copy of this entry be certified to Gale W.
