?ESOLUTI ON NO. <br /> <br />6988-94 <br /> <br />BY~oscia, Flannery, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> ! ~ESO~3TION to congratulate and commend Lakewood <br />resident Nicholas Koululias for achieving the great honor of <br />becoming Eagle Scout. <br /> <br /> '~6EREAS, On October 3, 1994, Lakewood Presbyterian <br />Church held a Court of Honor to commend thirteen scouts ~n Boy <br />Scout Troop 115 who advanced their rank, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nicholas Koululias, was commended for <br />advancing to the highest rank, Eagle Scout, a position reached by <br />less than two out of every 100 Scouts, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to achieve Eagle Scout rank one of <br />the many requirements is to complete a service project whereby <br />Nicholas chose to organize and supervise the gathering of over <br />2,700 food items for the Lakewood Christian Service Center's <br />Emergency Food Pantry, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nicholas has been recognized as a <br />conscientious and respected Scout who has been an outstanding <br />representative of the young people of the City of Lakewood <br />through his leadership and community service; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this council and Mayor hereby commend <br />Nicholas Koululias, for achieving the honor of Eagle Scout and <br />further wish to thank him for his contributions to this <br />community. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
