RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6995-95 <br /> <br />DATE: Boscia, Flannery, <br /> George, Gibbons, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Thomas T. Ciomcia for his service <br />as a Firefighter in the Division of Fire for the City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective December 31, 1994, <br />Thomas Ciomcia completed over 25 years of service as a Firefighter for the <br />Division of Fire; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Fire, Thomas <br />Ciomcia has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service to this Division; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the service rendered by <br />Thomas Ciomcia be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor hereby extend to <br />Thomas T. Ciomcia its commendation, and that of all the citizens of the <br />Lakewood Community for his 25 years' of public service for the City of <br />Lakewood and further', that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years <br />of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to <br />Thomas T. Ciomcia, 33077 Pine Branch Circle, North Ridgeville, OH 44039, <br />and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the <br /> <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
