RESOLUTION NO. 7005-95 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Flannery, George, Gibbons, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint John R. Kosko as a member of <br />the Lakewood. Board of Zoning Code Appeals for the full five year <br />term ending December 31, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article XVI, Section 1., of <br />the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby <br />appoints John R. Kosko as a member of the Lakewood Board of <br />Zoning Code Appeals for the full five year term ending December <br />31, 1999. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
