RESOLUTION NO. 7007-95 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Flannery, George, Gibbons, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION'to appoint Virginia Gill Fitzgerald as a <br />member of the Planning Commission for the unexpired six year term <br />ending December 31, 1998. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. In accordance with Article XV, Section 1, <br />of the Amended Charter of' the City of Lakewood, Council hereby <br />appoints Virginia Gill Fitzgerald as a member of the Planning <br />Commission for the unexpired six year term ending December 31, <br />1998. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
