That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized and directed to sel~ <br />through a public auction, to be held twice per year, once in the spring and once in the ~ various obsolete, <br />surplus and non-functioning City vehicles and or equipment after advertising according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeiing of this Council, and that all such <br />deh'beratious of this Council and of any ofi~s committees that re.suited in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
