RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7058-95 BY: Boscia, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Detective Gary Frank for his public service as a police <br />officer in the City of Lakewood; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective July 4, 1995, Gary Frank completed 28 years of <br />public service with the Division of Police; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, dudng his tenure with the Division of Police, Gary Frank has been recognized <br />as a loyal and dedicated employee who put forth all of his effort to fulfilling every task that was assigned <br />him throughout his career; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Gary F~ank be given <br />public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby extend to Gary Frank its <br />commendation, and that of all the citizens of the Lakewood Community for his 28 years of public service for <br />the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and the Mayor wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
