RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7064-95 <br /> <br />ByBoscia, <br /> Gibbons, <br /> <br />~Flannery, G&bbonS~, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Judy Church for being <br />named Woman of the Year by the Ohio Vocational Association, <br />Division of Family and Consumer Sciences. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judy Church was bestowed this honor at the <br />Ohio Vocational Association's Annual Conference in Columbus on <br />August 14, 1995, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Church is duly recognized for her <br />outstanding services and innovative programs that benefit families, <br />students, children, and eldedy, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the title; "Woman of the. Year" is a most <br />appropriate honor for this loving mother of three, cadng and able <br />professional, and visionary for the extended family of Lakewood; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That on behalf of residents of the City of <br />Lakewood, the Council and Mayor hereby extend to Judy Church <br />their heartiest congratulations on being named Woman of the Year. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution <br />to Mrs. Judy Church, c/o Division of Early Childhood, 17400 <br />Northwood Avenue,.
