' WHEREAsi an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br /> ~...i.i~.~!7.~ii.; '~'` department arising fi-om the necessity of preparing and filing a Tax BUdget for the year 1996; <br /> . ..::~ .. :~ now, therefore, ... <br /> ,- ,, .'~,.~,i, ~, :,~:~ ,.::~L.~.~2..- '::'~ i...- ,'.~ ....... ~ · · <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the annual Tax Budget submitted by the Director of Finance of the City of <br />Lakewood, showin~ the amount of money needed and the necessary expenditures in the various <br />departments of the municipality for the year 1996, be and the same is hereby approved and the <br />Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons <br />stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
