RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7071-9S BY: Boscia, Flannery, <br /> George, GibbOns, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION extending congratulations to Ann Ungrady on her <br />selection as one of the recipients of the 5th Annual Greater Cleveland Public Works <br />Performance Awards. <br /> <br /> W-~EREA$, Mrs. Ungrady has been an employee of the Division of Water <br />since 1983 and in February 1992 was promoted to Group Leader of both the Meter <br />Reader and Meter Maintenance Units; and <br /> <br />the direct feSillt of her extraordinary effort, dedication and commitment, <br />into theCity's key. person relative to this major project;, and ._ <br /> <br />developed <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction with the implementation of the automated <br />meter reading system, Mrs. Ungrady has assisted in the creation of computerized <br />customer service and bHHrtg histories for each of 14,500 accounts, as well as a computer <br />generated service order system; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Ungrady's work ethic is admirable, giving 100% to every <br />aspect of her job and talcing a direct, head-on approach to meeting her goals; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ~LVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor hereby extend to Ann Ungrady <br />its commendation, and that of all of the citizens of the Lakewood community, on her <br />receipt of the prestigious Greater Cleveland Public Works Performance Award in <br />Service Delivery for 1995. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
