RESOLUTION NO. 6157-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, George, <br /> R.oth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement on behalf of the City, as a member of the Westshore Council of Governments, <br />with Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. for evaluating the financial and operating performance of <br />the Westshore Enforcement Bureau (hereinafter WEB) for a sum not to exceed forty- <br />seven thousand dollars ($47,000.00) of which the City's allocation is 27.19%, not to <br />exceed thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. has submitted a written proposal <br />dated January 18, 1996 to the Westshore Council of Governments (hereinat'~er "WCOG'), <br />to assist the member communities of WCOG in analyzing the cost structure, financial <br />performance and efficiency ora number of services administered and/or delivered by the <br />Westshore Enforcement Bureau (WEB), and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. has agreed to provide these <br />services for a sum not to exceed forty-seven thousand dollars ($47,000.00), divided <br />between the WCOG cities with the City of Lakewood's allocation being 27.19% of the <br />total cost, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on behalf of the City and as a member of WCOG, the City <br />desires to enter into the agreement between WCOG and Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. for <br />the necessary professional assistance to evaluate the services administered and/or delivered <br />by WEB for an amount not to exceed thirteen thousand ($13,000.00); now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the <br /> agreement on behalf of the City, as a member of the Westshore Council of Governments, <br /> with Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. for professional services to evaluate the financial and <br /> operating performance of the Westshore Enforcement Bureau for an amount not to exceed <br /> thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00). <br /> <br /> Section 2.
