RESOLUTION NO. 7109-96 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Sara J. <br />Fagnilli, Esq. to the position of Director of Law beginning <br />January 8, 1996 upon her taking the oath of office. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, the appointment by <br />the Mayor of Sara J. Fagnilli, Esq. upon her taking the oath <br />of office to the position of Director of Law, effective <br />January 8, 1996, be and the same is hereby approved by this <br />Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
