RESOLUTION NO. 7110-96 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> Goerge, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Timothy J. Gauntner for his public service <br />as Prosecutor for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />1994, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Timothy Gauntner, was employed by the City on January 3, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Gauntner graduated from John Carroll University where <br />he distinguished himself as both a scholar and athlete and received his Juris Doctorate <br />degree from Cleveland State University; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the professional experience Timothy Ganmner gained from <br />his service with the Office of Attorney General, as an Assistant County Prosecutor and as <br />a noted defense counsel for many capital cases in this county and his qualities of tenacity <br />and temperance have greatly benefited the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Timothy Crauntner's service to the citizens of the City of <br />Lakewood be given public cognizance and recognition in a just and fitting manner; now <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Mayor and Council extends to Timothy J. Gauntner its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his dedicated public <br />service to the City of Lakewood and further that we wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his new endeavors. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Timothy J.
