RESOLUTION NO. 7118-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Paul F. Wingenfeld to the position <br />of Director of the Department of Planning and Development effective March 1, 1996, upon <br />taking the oath of office. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That, pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the Amended Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, the appointment by the Mayor of Paul F. Wingenfeld to the position of <br />Director of the Department of Planning and Development effective March 1, 1996 and upon <br />taking the oath of office be and the same is hereby approved by this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ReSolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Section 3. k is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of <br />this Council, and that all such deliberations of Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />legal requirements. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
