RESOLUTION NO. 7123-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, Smith A RESOLUTION to commend Gr.egory G. Huth for his public service as Assistant Law Director for the City of Lakewood. WHEREAS, Gregory Huth, was employed by the City on May 24, 1993, and was appointed Assistant Law Director on November 14, 1993, and WHEREAS, Mr. Huth graduated from Bowling Green University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in music, a hobby he continues to pursue, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland State University; and WHEREAS, during his tenure as Assistant Law Director Gregory Huth served as legal counsel to the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Board, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Code Appeals and wrote many chapters of the proposed Zoning Code, Citizens Advisory Committee, Community Development Corporation and its Board, and also served as legal counsel for the formation and implementation of the Lakewood Home Program and for HUD regulations, and WHEREAS, Gregory Huth's service to the citizens of the City of Lakewood be given public cognizance and recognition in a just and fitting manner; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That this Mayor and Council extends to Gregory G. Huth its appreciation and that ofatl of the citizens of this community for his dedicated public service to the City of Lakewood and further that we wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his new endeavors. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Gregory G.
