Carey to the <br />position of Director of Human Services effective July 22, 1996 upon her taking the oath <br />of office. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the Amended Charter of the <br />City, of Lakewood, the appointment by the Mayor of Judith E.
