REFERRED TO FINANCE CMTE 7/1/96. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 7163-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to sell, <br />through trade-in, one (1) 1985 Jolm-De~re Model 410-B backhoe in conjunction with the <br />purchase of a new backhoe. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City no longer noeds (1) 1985 John-Deere Model 410-B <br />backhoe, it is in the best iat~a~,st of the City to sell this obsolete, equipment and obtain a <br />trade-in value in conjunction with the purchase of a new backhoe, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />to sell, through trade-in conjunct/on with the purchase of a new backhoe, the obsolete <br />1985 John-Deere Model 410-B backhoe. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that alt such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committ~s that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
