RESOLUTION NO. 7171-96 BY: Corrgian, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Robert M. Bemacki for his public service in <br />the Division of Police for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective July 5, 1996, Robert M. <br />Bemacki completed 28 years of public service in the Division of Police; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Police, Robert M. <br />Bemacki has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire <br />community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Robert M. Bemacki .be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE It RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Patrol Officer <br />Robert M. Bemacki its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for <br />his 28 years of public service as a Police Officer in the Division of Police of the City of <br />Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Robert M.
