RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7172-96 BY: Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Timothy J. Mahoney for his public service in <br />the Division of Fire for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Mahoney <br />Fire; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective August 1, 1996, Timothy J. <br />completed neady 26 years of public service as a Firefighter in the Division of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, dudng his tenure with the Division of Fire, Timothy J. <br />Mahoney has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire <br />community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Timothy J, Mahoney be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY Of LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Firefighter <br />Timothy J. Mahoney its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for <br />his 26 years of public service as a Firefighter in the Division of Fire of the City of <br />Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Timothy J.
