RESOLUTION NO. 7187-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, <br /> Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Edward W. Petz for his public service in the <br />Division of Fire for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />W. Petz <br />Fire; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective September 29, 1996, Edward <br />completed over 25 years of public service as a Fireflghter in the Division of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Fire, Edward W. Petz <br />has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding <br />service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire community as well; <br />and . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Edward W. Petz be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE tT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Firefighter <br />Edward W. Petz its' appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his <br />25 years of public service as a Firefighter in the Division of Fire of the City of Lakewood <br />and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of health, happiness <br />and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Edward W.
