McGuirk to the <br />position of Director of Public Works beginning December 8, 1996 upon his taking the <br />oath of office. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the Amended Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, the appointment by the Mayor of David M. McGuirk upon his taking <br />the oath of office to the position of Director of Public Works, effective December 8, <br />1996, be and the same is hereby approved by this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
