RESOLUTION NO. 7216-97 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint ~ ~ as a member of <br /> the Civil SerVice Commission for the unexpired three-year term <br /> ending December 31, 1997. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with Article XIII, <br />Section 1. of the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, <br />Council hereby appoints Joseph P. Gibbons as a member of <br />the Civil Service CommiJsion for the unexpired three-year term <br />ending December 31, 1997. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
