RESOLUTION NO. 7226-97 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br />George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION honoring Ceil Dorsch on receiving the Lakewood <br />Hospital WomenCare Award for her spirited directorship of youth volunteer <br />organizations. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ceil Dorsch was honored at this year's Women's Fair <br />which Lakewood Hospital has held for the past 11 years, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Dorsch is known for her boundless energy and <br />commitment to ali social service projects and especially to the H20 (Help to Others) <br />program, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood schools, social service agencies, civic <br />organizations, Lakewood Hospital and City Departments of Public Health, Youth, <br />and Aging have benefited from the dedication of Ceil Dorsch, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ceil Dorsch has never refused to meet a challenge put <br />before her by this community, and in so doing maintains a reputation for being a <br />kind and generous person; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor hereby extend honor and <br />commendation and that of all the citizens of the Lakewood Community, to Ceil <br />Dorsch on her receipt of Lakewood Hospital's WomenCare Award. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
