RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7230-97 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, <br />Corrigan, Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Kenneth J. Romanchik for 'his public service <br />in the Division of Police for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective February 10, 1996, Kenneth <br />Romanchik completed 28 years of public service in the DiVision of Police, working in the <br />Detective Bureau and Patrol Division as Investigator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 'during his tenure with the Division of Police, Kenneth <br />Romanchik has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire <br />community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the Public service rendered by <br /> Kenneth Romanchik be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Investigator <br />Kenneth J. Romanchik its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community <br />for his 28 years of public service as a Police Officer in the Division of Police of the City <br />of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of <br />health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Kenneth J.
