REFERRED TO FINANCE COMMITTEE on 4/21/97. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7232-97 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Corrigan, <br />Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of membership in <br />the Recruitment Alliance Network for the Department of Public Safety for the year 1997 and <br />declaring such membership to be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations are designed to <br />enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, information and <br />experience to the public benefit, and; now therefore <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That membership in the following organization by the Department of Safety <br />of the City of Lakewood is hereby declared to be in the public interest. <br /> <br />Recruitment Alliance Network <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay the cost of <br />membership for the City of Lakewood for the year 1997, in the organization set forth in Section <br />1 hereof. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
