RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7241-97 BY:Boscia, Corrigan, <br /> Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION designating Saturday, May 31, 1997 as "Project New <br />Faces" day in the City of Lakewood; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, "Project New Faces" is an idea and activity for neighbors <br />to work together on the same day to make the community pleasing, appealing and <br />comfortable; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Neighbors, supported by the City of Lakewood, <br />introduced this project as an activity for our residents to get together to spruce up, <br />clean up, paint up and plant up our homes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, with the help of the Lakewood Board of Education, our <br />school age children will be asked to distribute flyers to their families and neighbors <br />and thus encourage not only ourselves, but also our young people to participate in <br />this May event; now, theref°re, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby designate Saturday, <br />May 31, 1997 as "Project New Faces" day in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
