RESOLUTION NO. 7 2 4 2- 9 7 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Gail Miller for her public service as a <br />paramedic in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gall Miller was hired March 8, 1975, to be the first woman <br />paramedic in Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure in Emergency Medical Service she served as <br />a Basic Life Support Instructor, and has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated <br />employee who rendered outstanding service not only to Lakewood Hospital, but to the <br />entire community as well, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Gall <br />Miller be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor hereby extend to Gail Miller <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for her 22 years of public <br />service as a paramedic in Emergency Medical Service of the City of Lake.wood and further <br />wish her continued years of health, happiness and prosperity. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Gail Miller, and that a copy of <br />this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~ <:~P/ /q~7 <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
