RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7249-97 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, <br /> Flannery, George, Rorh, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of <br />membership for the City Of Lakewood in the First Suburban Consortium for the year <br />1997 and declaring such membership to be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations are designed <br />to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange if ideas, information <br />and experience to the public benefit, and; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That membership in the First Suburban Consortium by the City of <br />Lakewood is hereby declared to be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
