Section 2. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City, is further <br />authorized to enter into any agreements as may be necessary and appropriate for <br />obtaining such funds; said agreements to contain such terms and conditions and be in <br />such form as the Director of Law deems necessary to protect the public interest. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
