RESOLUTION NO. 7310-98 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend James D. Schneider for his public service in <br />the Division of Fire for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective April 15, 1998, <br />Schneider completed 29 years of public Service as a Firefighter <br />Division of Fire; and <br /> <br />James <br />in the <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Fire, James <br />Schneider has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the <br />entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />by James Schneider be given public cognizance and <br />therefore, <br /> <br />service rendered <br />recognition; now <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor hereby extend to Firefighter <br />James Schneider their appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this <br />community for his 29 years of public service as a Firefighter for the City <br />of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years <br />of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to James <br />Schneider, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: /~ <br /> <br />Approved. ~~~. ~/~//Tf~ <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
