RESOLUTION NO. 7313-98 <br /> <br /> BY: Corrigan, Flannel-/, <br />George, Roth, Skindei1, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend David C. Erhardt <br />for his public service in the Division of Police for the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective <br />May 2, 1998, David C. Erhardt completed over 25 years of <br />public service in the Division of Police, many of those <br />years as an Investigator in the Juvenile Bureau. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the <br />Division of Police, David C. Erhardt has been recognized <br />as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public <br />Safety, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the <br />public service rendered by David C. Erhardt be given <br />public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That this Council and Mayor, <br />hereby extend to Investigator David C. Erhardt its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this <br />community for his 25 years of public service as a Police <br />Officer in the Division of Police of the City of Lakewood <br />and further that this Council and Mayor wish him <br />continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the Clerk of Council be <br />and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to David C. Erhardt, <br />and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of t. he meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
