RESOLUTION NO. 7325-98 BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, F-'-~.h, Seelie Skindell Smith ' ' A RESOLUTION to commend James D. Tousley for his public service in the Division of Building Inspection for the City of Lakewood. WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective June 22, 1998, James D. Tousley completed 10 years of public service as a Residential Building Inspector in the Division of Building Inspection; and WHEREAS, during his 50 years in the construction industry, James D. Tousley has been recognized as a master carpenter; and WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Building Inspection, James D. Tousley has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the Building Department, but to the entire community as well; and WHEREAS, James D. Tousley, who was born and raised in Lakewood on West Clifton Boulevard, and is a 1949 graduate of Lakewood High School; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by James D. Tousley be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That this Council and Mayor hereby extend to Residential Building Inspector James D. Toustey their appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 10 years of public service as a Residential Building Inspector for the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to James D.
